Type. Body Enhancer Paramecia
Fruit appearance. A blood red watermelon with black swirls, with vein-like protrusions across it.
Description. Grants the user the ability to manipulate and harness the power of anger, making them an Anger Human. The user to fling themselves into a superhuman rage, or make others do so.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Mental Resistance. You become immune to the charmed and frightened conditions.
Reckless Anger. By increasing your anger, you can throw aside all concern for defense to attack with fierce desperation. When you make your first attack on your turn, you can decide to attack recklessly. Doing so gives you advantage on melee weapon attack rolls during this turn, but attack rolls against you have advantage until your next turn.
Anger Amplification. As an action, you can expend 1 devil fruit charge to amplify the anger within a creature within 60 feet of you. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC. On a failed save, the creature is affected by the Confusion spell for 1 minute, and deals an extra 1d6 damage of its weapon’s damage type on each of its melee weapon attacks for the duration. At the end of each of its turns, an affected target can make a Wisdom saving throw. If it succeeds, this effect ends for that target, and it becomes immune to your Anger Amplifcaiton for the next 24 hours.
Spells (Anger Techniques). This devil fruit power has 5 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Wrathful Smite (1 charge), Compelled Duel (1 charge), Enthrall (2 charges), or Haste (3 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Rage Tempest). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to create a storm of anger in a 60-foot radius centered on you. Any creature of your choice within the area when it is first created must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC or take 2d6 psychic damage and becomes consumed by anger, falling victim to the effects of your Anger Amplification for the duration. The creature can repeat this save at the end of each of its turns. If a creature succeeds on a save, it is immune to this effect for 24 hours. This awakening effect lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious. After using this ability, you can’t use it again for another 24 hours.
