Diggu Diggu no Mi (Dig)
Devil Fruit, Uncommon
Type. Environment Alterer Paramecia
Fruit appearance. A brown kiwi-shaped fruit with sharp silver colored protrusions all around it.
Description. Allows the user to burrow through the ground or any solid material quickly and efficiently, creating tunnels, holes, or pits. The user can also manipulate the earth to create barriers, traps, or reshape the terrain.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Tunnel Vision. While burrowed, you have tremorsense out to a range of 30 feet.
Burrow. You learn the Mold Earth cantrip. Additionally, you gain a burrow speed of equal to half your movement speed. You cannot burrow into solid rock, but you can move through softer material like soil or loose rubble, leaving a usable tunnel 5 feet in diameter. You can burrow through stone this way as well, but you must spend 1 Devil Fruit charge for every 30 feet of stone you burrow through until you complete a long rest. When you resurface for the first time during your turn, you deal an extra 1d6 damage to your next melee attack roll made during your turn.
Spells (Dig Techniques). This devil fruit power has 5 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Earth Tremor (1 charge), or Erupting Earth (3 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Excavation Zone). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to give yourself and up to 5 allied creatures within 60 feet of you a burrow speed of 60 feet, allowing everyone with this burrow speed to dig through even solid rock and stone, leaving a usable tunnel 5 feet in diameter in their wake. This effect lasts for 1 minute, or until you fall unconscious. You and your allies gain advantage on the next attack roll made after unburrowing for the first time during their turn for the duration of this awakening. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
