Kyubu Kyubu no Mi (Cube)
Devil Fruit, Uncommon
Type. Environment Alterer Paramecia
Fruit appearance. A translucent blue cube-shaped fruit with a small green cube-shaped stem.
Description. Grants the user the ability to manipulate and reshape objects into cubes, as well as manipulate the properties of the cubes.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Cubification. As an action, you can touch a non-magical object or creature and transform it into a cube for 1 minute. If the target is a creature, it must save on a Constitution saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC or be transformed against its will. The cube retains the weight and properties of the original object or creature, but its dimensions are altered to fit a perfect cube shape. The maximum size of the object or creature that can be cubified is determined by a 5-foot cube. If the object or creature is larger than this, only a portion of it is transformed into a cube. Creatures transformed into cubes are incapacitated for the duration of the transformation, and can make additional Constitution saving throws at the end of each of its turn to break free. A creature that saves against this effect becomes immune to it for the next 24 hours.
Cube Manipulation. You learn the magic stone cantrip, which you can use to toss cubes you’ve transformed. As an action, you can manipulate any cubes you’ve created, causing them to levitate, move, or stack. You can move a cube up to 15 feet in any direction, but it must remain within your line of sight. You can also stack cubes to create structures or barriers. The maximum weight of the cubes you can manipulate at once is equal to your carrying capacity.
Spells (Cube Techniques). This devil fruit power has 5 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Catapult (targeting a Cube you’ve created; 1 charge, can be cast at higher levels by spending additional charges), Air Cube (as Shatter, in the same of a cube; 2 charges), or Conjure Barrage (targeting a cube you’ve created; 3 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Cubic Dimension). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to transform the area within a 60-foot cube centered on you into a cubic dimension. The ground, walls, and objects within this area become cubic and can be manipulated by you for the duration. You can create up to 10 large cubes this way out of nonmagical terrain or objects, which can be moved up to 30 feet as a bonus action as per your Cube Manipulation feature. As an action, you can attempt to slam a cube into a creature. It must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 5d10 bludgeoning damage and fall prone. The effect lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
