Haipa Haipa No Mi (Super Speed)
Devil Fruit, Rare
Type. Body Enhancer Paramecia
Fruit appearance. The Haipa Haipa No Mi is a pineapple with a shimmering silver-blue hue. It has patterns that resemble trails of gusty winds wrapping around it.
Description. The Haipa Haipa No Mi bestows its user with unparalleled speed, reflexes, and the ability to think at an accelerated rate, making them a true “Speed Human”.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Unparalleled speed. You gain a +30 feet bonus to your movement speed.
Quick Reflexes. You can spend 1 devil fruit charge as a bonus action to take the dodge, disengage, or dash action.
Evasion. Your instinctive agility lets you dodge out of the way of certain area effects, such as a blue dragon’s lightning breath or a fireball spell. When you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
Spells (Velocity Techniques). This devil fruit power has 9 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Jump (Self; 1 charge), Blur (2 charges), Misty Step (2 charges), Haste (Self; 3 charges), Freedom of Movement (Self; 4 charges), Steel Wind Strike (5 charges), Swift Quiver (5 charges), or Far Step (5 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Mass Acceleration). Once you’ve awakened your power, as an action, you can create a zone of accelerated time in a 120-foot radius centered on yourself. Inside this zone, all allies’ speed is doubled, and they gain advantage on Dexterity saving throws. Any hostile creature’s speed is halved, and they have disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws. This effect lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious. After using this feature, you cannot use it again for another 24 hours.
