Hana Hana no Mi (Flower Blooming)

Devil Fruit, Rare

Type. Body Enhancer Paramecia

Fruit appearance. A light pink fruit covered with petal patterns.

Description. This fruit gives the user the ability to sprout parts of their body (usually hands or feet) on the surfaces of objects and living beings.

Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.

Limb Sprouting. As an action, you can cause parts of your body to sprout on the surfaces of objects or living beings within 30 feet, for 1 minute. You can see, hear, and speak through these body parts as if you were in their place. These limbs share your AC and hit points, and can be attacked.

Multi-Limb Actions. As a bonus action, you can make an unarmed strike or attempt to grapple a creature within 30 feet using each sprouted limb (each limb gets an individual action). The attack uses your attack modifier and deals damage equal to an unarmed strike. If you grapple a creature with this ability, they are also restrained until the grapple is broken.

Spells (Petal Techniques). This devil fruit power has 9 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Arms of Hadar (1 charge), Arm Web (web; 2 charges), Hold Person (2 charges), Evard’s Black Tentacles (4 charges), Bigby’s Hand (5 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.

Awakening (Demonio Fleur & Gran Jacuzzi Clutch). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to invoke the Demonio Fleur. You sprout a gargantuan, demonic avatar of your upper body within 60 feet. This avatar reflects your current hit points and your base AC (without armor), and shares your stats, resistances, immunities, and vulnerabilities. It does not have any equipment or weapons, it can’t cast spells, and it acts on your initiative and its actions are controlled by you. It has a reach of 30 feet for its unarmed strikes, which deal damage equal to 2d8 + your strength modifier.

The sheer terror invoked by the Demonio Fleur forces all hostile creatures within 60 feet that can see it to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC or become frightened until the end of your next turn.

As a bonus action, you can command the Demonio Fleur to execute the Gran Jacuzzi Clutch. The Demonio uses its giant sprouted arms to grab a target within its reach. The target must make a Strength saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC. On a failure, they are restrained and take 6d10 bludgeoning damage; on a success, they take half damage and are not restrained.

The Demonio Fleur persists for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 hit points. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again for another 24 hours.
