Fude Fude No Mi (Paintbrush)

Devil Fruit, Rare

Type. Environment Alterer Paramecia

Fruit appearance. The Fude Fude no Mi is a gradient fruit, transitioning from dark indigo at its top to a pastel pink at its base. It feels like soft bristles to the touch, with swirled patterns reminiscent of flowing ink or paint.

Description. The Fude Fude No Mi grants its user the mystical ability to bring their artistic creations to life. By drawing or painting with their hands or tools, the user can create tangible, functioning objects or creatures from their imagination.

Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.

Artist’s Knowledge. You can spend an action to manifest Painter’s supplies into your hands, which you are proficient with. You have advantage on any check made using Painter’s Supplies.

Artistic Creation. As an action, you can spend 1 devil fruit charge to paint a creature or an object on a surface, then peel it off to make it manifest for up to 1 hour. You must maintain concentration on this power to keep it (like concentration on a spell), or else the creature will return to your book. This can create simple objects no larger than huge or non-hostile, non-magical beasts (like horses, dogs, etc.) with a CR no greater than 1. The created creatures are friendly to you and your companions and follow simple commands.

Spells (Artistic Techniques). This devil fruit power has 9 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Ink Cloud (Fog Cloud; 1 charge, and can cast at higher levels by spending additional charges), Find Steed (2 charges), Conjure Animals (3 charges), Conjure Barrage (3 charges), Conjure Woodland Beings (4 charges), Conjure Minor Elemetnals (4 charges), Find Greater Steed (4 charges), Conjure Elemental (5 charges), Conjure Volley (5 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.

Awakening (Final Masterpiece). Once you’ve awakened your power, as an action, you can cast Animal Shapes, without expending a spell slot or material components. Instead of targeting creatures, you instead target a number of animal artpieces you’ve created on a surface within range to transform. After using this feature, you cannot use it again for another 24 hours.
