Fruit appearance. A pale lavender fruit, shaped like an intricate brain, with coiling patterns reminiscent of neurons and synaptic connections.
Description. This devil fruit grants the user the power to manipulate, alter, and even erase the memories of those they touch. It can also allow the user to implant false memories or even transfer memories from one individual to another.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Memory Thread. As an action, you can touch a willing creature or unwilling creature and force it to make a Wisdom saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC. On a failure or if the creature allows you, you can pull out film strips from the creature’s head to view their memories for 1 minute. While the film strip is pulled out of the creature’s head, it is incapacitated for the duration. Each time the creature takes damage in this state, it can make an additional Wisdom saving throw at advantage to break free. You can edit the creature’s memory film in the following ways while it is removed:

Memory Alteration: As an action, while touching the creature, you can modify or erase parts of its memories. This alteration is permanent unless reversed by you or a spell like Greater Restoration.

Memory Implantation: As an action, while touching the creature, you can implant a false memory into it. It will remember the false memory as if it really happened.
Spells (Memory Techniques). This devil fruit power has 9 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Bad Memory Threads (Bane; 1 charge, and can cast at higher levels by spending additional charges), Memory Flood (Hold Person; 2 charges), Detect Thoughts (2 charges), Zone of Truth (2 charges), Memory Mail (Sending; 3 charges), Dream (4 charges), Modify Memory (5 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Destructive Memory Blast). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to flood enemies in the area with bad memories by casting Psychic Scream, without expending a spell slot or material components. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
