Fruit appearance. The Mosa Mosa no Mi resembles a small, lime-green melon with twisting vine patterns wrapping around its surface.
Description. The Mosa Mosa No Mi grants its user the incredible ability to stimulate and control rapid plant growth, from the tiniest of seeds to the mightiest of trees. The user becomes known as the “Plant Human.”
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Plants Growth. You learn the Thorn Whip cantrip. Additionallly as a bonus action, you can cause any seeds or plants within a 10-foot radius to grow at an accelerated rate. The plants can be manipulated to grow in shapes or directions you desire. You can use this to make the area difficult terrain, produce 100 feet of rope-like vines, or double the size of a plant (up to gargantuan).
Nature’s Embrace. You can spend an action to summon thick vines and foliage from the ground or nearby vegetation to restrain enemies. Creatures within 10 feet of you must make a Strength saving throw against your Devil Fruit DC or be restrained. They can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns to break free.
Spells (Growth Techniques). This devil fruit power has 9 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Entangle (1 charge), Goodberry (1 charge), Locate Animals or Plants (plants only; 2 charges), Spike Growth (2 charges), Plant Growth (3 charges), Speak with Plants (3 charges), Grasping Vine (4 charges), Awaken (plants only; 5 charges), or Wrath of Nature (5 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Living Forest). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to cast Druid Grove (casting time 1 action), without expending a spell slot or material components, as you awaken the plant life around you. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
