Doku Doku no Mi (Poison)

Devil Fruit, Very Rare

Type. Substance Generator Paramecia

Fruit appearance. A reddish-purple pineapple with black skull and crossbones.

Description. Allows the user to produce deadly poisons and toxins from their body that can be controlled.

Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.

Poison Resistance. You are immune to poison damage and the poisoned condition.

Toxic Spray. You learn the Poison Spray and Acid Splash Cantrips. Any time you deal poison damage to a creature using this devil fruit’s spells and cantrips, if the effect doesn’t already inflict the poisoned condition, the creature is poisoned until the start of your next turn.

Poisonous Vapor Aura. Any creature of your choice that starts its turn within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC or be poisoned until the start of the creature’s next turn. You can activate or deactivate this aura as a bonus action.

Poison Hydra Heads. As an action, you can expend 3 devil fruit charges to create three giant poisonous hydra heads which connect to your body. These heads last for 1 minute and require concentration (as if concentrating on a spell) to maintain. You can use a bonus action to send one of the hydra heads crashing toward one creature or object you can see within 60 feet of you. When you do so, make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 4d12 poison damage. Whether you hit or miss, the head is expended. This ability ends early if all heads are expended.

Alternatively, you can expend a head of this hydra as a bonus action to fly up to 60 feet toward an empty space you can see without spending any movement, traveling along the hydras neck to the target destination. If you land in a space midair, you fall.

Spells (Poison Gas and Blast). This devil fruit power has 13 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Poison Armor (as armor of agathys, but dealing poison damage instead; 1 charge, and can cast at higher levels by spending additional charges), Dragon’s Breath (self; poison damage; 2 charges), Vitrolic Sphere (4 charges), Cloudkill (5 charges), Contagion (5 charges), Prismatic Spray (choosing between green or orange rays only; 7 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.

Awakening (Toxic Demon). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to cast Poison Giant: Hell’s Judgement^ (view Chapter 8 in the Dungeons and Devil Fruits PHB), without expending any charges or material components. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
