Gura Gura no Mi (Earthquake)
Devil Fruit, Legendary
Type. Environment Alterer Paramecia
Fruit appearance. A massive light blue pear with S-shaped spiral patterns, which rumbles and shakes occasionally on its own.
Description. Allows the user to produce catastrophic earthquakes and move the earth and sea with ease.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Quake Immunity. You are immune to thunder damage.
Mini Quakes. You learn the Thunderclap and Mold Earth cantrips, no material components required. Additionally, you can cast earth tremor (1st level) as an action, no charges required. You can cast it at higher levels by spending a devil fruit charge for each additional level the spell is cast at.
Quake Strike. Once per turn, when you hit with a melee weapon attack, you can expend 1 or more devil fruit charges to release a quake strike. If you do so, the target and all other creatures within 15 feet of you must also make a Constitution saving throw against your Devil Fruit save DC. On a failure, a target takes 1d8 thunder damage, plus 1d8 for each charge expended, and is pushed 10 feet away from you. On a success, a target takes half as much thunder damage, and isn’t pushed. In addition, unsecured objects that are completely within the area of effect are automatically pushed 10 feet away from you by the attack’s effect, and the effect emits a thunderous boom audible out to 300 feet.
Spells (Deadly Quakes). This devil fruit power has 17 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: shatter (2 charges, can be cast at higher levels by spending additional charges), thunder step (3 charges), erupting earth (3 charges), move earth (6 charges), gravity fissure (6 charges), investiture of stone (6 charges), tsunami (8 charges), earthquake (8 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Awakening (Island Shaking). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to cast Island Shaking^ (view Chapter 8 in the Dungeons and Devil Fruits PHB), without expending any charges or material components. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
