Magu Magu no Mi (Magma)
Devil Fruit, Legendary
Type. Liquid Logia
Fruit appearance. A small bright red and orange melon with a drooping circular swirling pattern.
Description. Allows its user to create, control, and transform into magma at will.
Sea Weakness. You are weak to water and seastone.
Logia Immunity. You are immune to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks, as physical objects pass through your magma body. Additionally, you are immune to fire damage and you can move across Difficult Terrain created by rocky terrain or magma without spending extra Movement.
Elemental Form. You can use the “Logia Elemental Form” feature listed under “Designing a Logia Devil Fruit Sheet”.
Magma Body. You learn the Lava Splash Cantrip (as Acid Splash, but dealing fire damage instead), no material components required. Additionally, you can cast searing smite (1st level) as an action, no charges or material components required. You can cast it at higher levels by spending a devil fruit charge for each additional level the spell is cast at.
Spells (Red Hound and Eruptions). This devil fruit power has 17 charges. You can expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it without needing to expend material components: Hell Armor (as armor of agathys, but dealing fire damage instead; 1 charge, can cast at higher levels by spending additional devil fruit charges), aganazzar’s scorcher (2 charges, can cast at higher levels by spending additional devil fruit charges), melf’s minute meteors (3 charges), erupting earth (3 charges), wall of stone (5 charges), immolation (5 charges), investiture of stone (6 charges), incendiary cloud (8 charges), or meteor swarm (9 charges). The devil fruit regains expended charges daily at dawn.
Volcanic Lava. You can expend 1 devil fruit charge as an action to cause a volcanic eruption in a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you can see within 300 feet of you. After 1d4 rounds at the start of your turn, the surface in that area becomes covered with 1 foot of lava. The lava is considered difficult terrain and deals 10d10 fire damage to any creature that starts its turn in it or enters it for the first time on its turn. The lava also sinks beneath any liquid it enters. This effect lasts for 1 hour, after which the lava hardens into rock.
Awakening (Grand Eruption). Once you’ve awakened your power, you can use an action to create a massive volcanic eruption in a 120-foot radius sphere centered on you. Each creature in the radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 10d10 fire damage, or half as much on a success. Additionally, the ground in the radius is covered in 5-foot deep lava for 1 minute, after which the lava solidifes into 5 feet of solid stone over the ground. Wading through the lava causes a creature to take 10d10 fire damage. Being fully submerged in the lava causes a creature to take 18d10 fire damage. You can’t use this action again for another 24 hours.
